From the past we have grown by leaps and bounds. We started the company back in 2007 then we partnered up with a developer and started doing bigger jobs. Customs homes, commercial buildings and complete remodels, running crews and job management.
Now we are off and running. We have been able to build our working capital up enough to allow us to do large jobs and we keep our overhead low enough to be able to afford smaller jobs. We do large jobs like work with FEMA in a house lift program restoring houses that are in a flood plane.
We love what we do. The best part for us is to see the before and after pictures. To see what a difference we can make in our community is a huge reward. We are a family owned company and we believe in the strength of families being a important part of the positive growth in our society. The home is a big part of the family and when we improve the home we improve your family's quality of life. This is something we take great pride in.
We are one of the most respectful, reliable and honest construction companies you will ever meet. Our craftsmanship and quality is very detail oriented. Our goal is to be the best so our clients will keep coming back. When you are happy then you tell your friends what a good experience you have had. This is important to our long term goals and the over all survival of the company. We love referrals.
Owner of IMH- Ian Hlinka
I've been in construction for 21 years. In the past few years we have worked on every different type of building from commercial buildings, custom homes, to just installing a door or replacing windows.
I started this company to build it up big enough to pass on to my children, and the only way to do that is to give my clients the best service possible. When my children get old enough I hope people will tell them the good things they remember about doing business with there dad.
I have employees and sub contractors that help me on the jobs. I have worked side by side with these guys for years and trust them with everything. I can depend on them to do the right thing and so can my customers.
I believe that small businesses like mine have a big responsibility to make there communities better by giving fair prices, doing great work and developing trust in a lasting relationship through honest work.
